prefer to use www.diigo.com lately..it's about social annotation with lots of advanced power features. Not only it has excellent function to add highlights and sticky notes anywhere and has fully customizable search tool, but also can be used for tagging your bookmarks, comments and clippings, and share them as your bookmark lists or publish as blogs.

Check out http://www.oozm.com. It is digg style voting system but it is search engine. Great tool.

Wow! Has it been updated? I had seen it some time ago but it didn't have the digg like buttons, so I had listed it as Search-Engines with Social Bookmarking.
